Return & Cancellation Policy

DHYNS RINJANI HIKING

At DHYNS RINJANI HIKING, customer satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. This Return & Cancellation Policy explains the terms related to booking changes, cancellations, and refunds for our hiking and trekking services.

1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are considered confirmed after the required deposit or full payment is received. By making a booking, customers agree to this policy.

2. Cancellation by Customer
If the customer needs to cancel a booking, the following conditions apply:

  • Cancellation 14 days or more before departure
    → Refund 50% of the total payment (excluding bank or transfer fees).
  • Cancellation 7–13 days before departure
    → Refund 25% of the total payment.
  • Cancellation less than 7 days before departure
    → No refund will be provided.
  • No-show on departure day
    → No refund.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is allowed once and must be requested at least 7 days before departure.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions.
  • No additional fee for rescheduling if requested within the allowed time.

4. Cancellation by DHYNS RINJANI HIKING
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government regulations or park closures
  • Safety concern

In such cases, customers may choose:

  • A full refund, or
  • Reschedule the trip to another available date.

5. Force Majeure
DHYNS RINJANI HIKING is not responsible for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or transportation disruptions. Refunds will be handled fairly based on the situation.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
  • Bank or transfer fees are non-refundable.

7. Acceptance of Policy
By booking our services, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Cancellation Policy.
